Do you supply coffee to other cafés, restaurants and businesses?
Yes. We serve coffee shops, restaurants, hotels, offices and companies that want to offer specialty coffee. We work with single-origin micro-lots from our roastery and offer roast profiles tailored to each client's brewing method (espresso, pour-over, etc.).
Do you serve clients outside Foz do Iguaçu?
Yes. Besides Foz do Iguaçu and the surrounding area, we serve the triple border region (Ciudad del Este and Puerto Iguazú) and ship coffee to other cities in Brazil. Shipping cost and lead time are arranged based on volume and destination.
Can I request a custom roast for my business?
Yes. We develop custom roast profiles for each partner, considering the predominant extraction method and the desired sensory profile. Roasting takes place at our micro roastery in Foz do Iguaçu.
Do you offer barista training as part of the partnership?
We offer standalone training and as part of consulting packages — from beginner barista courses to advanced techniques, latte art and manual brewing methods. It can take place at our shop or at the client's operation.
How does consulting for opening or structuring a coffee shop work?
We support our partners with business planning, equipment selection, menu development, pricing, branding and operational processes. It can be a one-off (closed-scope consulting) or ongoing (monthly mentoring).
